How long will it take for a warranty item to get taken care of? 

It depends on the warranty item. However, a member from Monarch Homes should contact you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment and schedule out the warranty item.    Most warranty items can be resolved within three business days unless multiple subcontractors are involved for the same item or if an item needs to be ordered. 

What if the subcontractor does not show up to take care of the homeowners warranty? 

If the subcontractor is more than 15 minutes late, please contact one of the Monarch Homes team members.  

What is the best way to submit a warranty claim?

The best way to submit a warranty claim is through our website.  This will ensure the warranty claim is on record and processed through the Warranty Department.  

Can the homeowner hire their own contractors to take care of any warranty items and get a reimbursement  from Monarch Homes?

NO!  Hiring your own contractors may void your warranty on major components such as AC units, water heater, fixtures, appliances, cosmetic items, etc.
